● HS Diploma and educational courses in ECE completed
● 1 year experience strongly preferred
● Provide planning time for staff
● Lending an extra hand in special activities
● Filling in for staff when needed
● Assist with administration tasks
● Cleaning duties as required
● Adhering to DHS rules and regulations; as well as Fannie Battle policies

● A CDA or ECE B.S degree is strongly preferred for Lead Teacher
● A CDA or ECE A.S degree is strongly preferred for Teacher Assistant
● 3 years experience strongly preferred
● Knowledge of TN-ELDS and learning domains
● Good oral and written skills
● Developing / Assisting in lesson planning and implementation with co-teacher
● Adhering to DHS rules and regulations; as well as Fannie Battle policies
● Develop respectful relationships with families and staff
