● A CDA or ECE A.S degree is strongly preferred
● 3 years experience in an early childhood or school age program strongly preferred
● Knowledge of TN-ELDS and learning domains
● Must pass a background check
● Good oral and written skills
● Experience with planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
● Ability to follow oral and written instructions, including DHS Licensing Rules and Fannie Battle Policies
● Willingness to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff
