Individual Long-Term Volunteer Opportunities

All the individual opportunities listed require a minimum of one hour, with an on-going commitment of at least two visits per month. We encourage volunteers to dedicate their time to one classroom, however volunteers are able to use their time in other classrooms, if desired.

Infants (Ages six weeks to 12 months)
Spend time interacting with children through play, tummy-time, and reading. Our little ones are full of energy and enjoy receiving some one-on-one play.
Time available: 9:00a to 4:30p

Classroom Helper (Toddlers and Preschool)
Assist teachers with lesson prep and classroom upkeep, as well as engaging children through reading and center play.
Time available: 9:00a – 11:30a or 3:30p – 5:30p

School-Age Tutor (ages 5-12 years)
Provide children one-on-one support with reading and homework.
Time available: 3:30p – 5:30p when school is in session
